I do not think that Lamm uses input capacitor, come on, this is not am amp from Radio Shack! Anyhow, I would not use input capacitor under any circumstances, would it be for filtration or for any other reasons. Yes, ML2 used global feedback....

Laurent,
The V2 in 6C33C does NOT need to be matched by other characteristic then gain and it is very easy to do. If you have two V2 tubes and they have different entry points for bias but the same gains then you will not detect any sonic cons...

I got a .pdf file with April Stereophile where Art Dudley writes up about new Lamm 2.2 amp. I am long off the Lamm camp but I do observe what is going on with Lamm equipment as I feel I do have a good grip about it.
